Milan, 12th December 2012 – Wider announces new developments for Wider 150’, commencing production of the very first unit. This is an important step for the shipyard, just over a year after the project was presented at the 2011 Monaco Boat Show. A thrilling but complex process then began, leading to establishment of a new production pole based in Marche, which has always been a centre of excellence in the nautical sector, and involvement of a dedicated team.

Tilli Antonelli communicates Wider's new partnership with EXA Ltd., a company that refers to Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Genting Group, a top South Asian entrepreneurial corporation. The operation provides for an increase in capital, which means founder partners, Tilli Antonelli and Paolo Favilla, and new partner EXA Ltd. will each hold 50% of Wider. The additional resources resulting from this operation will aid the development of the company's strategic plan, according to the guidelines set down by Tilli Antonelli.
